Our approach
A wall with more than one way in.
Sixth Wall Society aims to provide an inclusive reading experience for as many people as possible. We are building the site with clear structure, keyboard access, visible focus states, descriptive text for meaningful images and layouts that adapt when text or the screen is enlarged.
The accessibility button in the bottom-left corner provides optional high contrast, black and white, larger text, increased spacing, reduced movement and highlighted links. Your choices are stored only on your own device and can be reset at any time.
Known limits
This is an ongoing piece of work.
Sixth Wall Society is an independent website and has not yet undergone a formal third-party accessibility audit. Some of the exhibition’s expressive typography, photography and unusual layouts may create difficulties we have not anticipated. The story text itself remains available as ordinary page text so it can be enlarged, navigated and read by assistive technology.
